ESCAPE
The Escape massage is what you need when the world seems to be too much. The lighting is muted, the music is soft and gentle, the table is warmed. Heated stones, aromatic oils and slow but firm Swedish massage strokes will transport you to a better place.
INTEGRATIVE
Integrative sessions combine deep tissue manipulation, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, NMT and relaxing Swedish massage strokes as needed for the client. This is the kind of massage you want when you have worked or played too hard and you need some kinks worked out.
NEUROMUSCULAR THERAPY
Neuromuscular therapy (NMT) is a manual therapy designed to assess, treat and prevent soft tissue injuries and chronic pain. A sometimes intense therapy, the work is designed to address five elements that can cause pain: Ischemia (lack of blood supply to soft tissues) which causes hypersensitivy to touch, trigger points (highly irritated points in muscles that refer pain to other parts of the pody), nerve compression or entrapment, postural distorions and biomechanical dysfunction. A 15-minute postural analysis is included.
TMJ DYSFUNCTION
Using myofascial release, trigger point therapy and neuromuscular therapy to specifically treat the muscular tension involved in TMJ dysfunction. Usually, this treatment takes about 45 minutes and includes treatment of specific muscles and tissues inside the mouth. This is typically an intense, but effective treatment.

HEALING STONE -- $95
This massage is the ultimate in relaxation. Metamorphic stones harvested from the New England Coast are heated to about 170 degrees and used to deliver deep relaxation to the muscles. The stones, with naturally occuring mineral ores, deliver weight and warmth deeply to the muscles. Snoring and drooling are not only acceptable, they are expected. 1 hour only.
ON SITE SEATED MASSAGE
I will come to your workplace during the workday and provide massage to employees using a specially designed and portable chair. Seated massage requires a quiet place (an unused office or conference room), and clients do not undress. Sessions of 15 minutes, 20 minutes or 30 minutes are usual and are priced at $1/minute.
